EduTravel Private School has been granted the authority to issue credits by the Ontario’s Ministry of Education. All students will receive a report card upon completion of the course. All credits issued by EduTravel Private School are transferable to any Ontario School Board or Private School.
Mandatory Program Dates
June 22, 2019: Orientation & First Class
Parents and students are required to attend the morning program orientation. Only students are required to attend the afternoon introductory class. Students will be granted access to the online course and are required to complete and submit the pre-trip assignments prior to departure.
July 29 to August 17, 2019: Travel Days
Students are required to complete assignments as they visit sites and participate in the activities during the travel days. Students are also required to collect information for their summative assignment throughout the trip.
August 19 and August 20, 2019: Post-Trip Online Classes
Students are required to complete and submit their summative assignment online. Teachers will be available to answer any questions during designated hours.

Please note: It is EduTravel and school board policy that all students travelling on extended trips have both cancellation and medical insurance in place. A specialized student insurance protection plan will be automatically added to the cost of the program fee upon registration. Please know there is an option to opt out of the insurance policy by completing and returning the “Insurance Opt-Out Form” along with proof of valid insurance coverage from another source.
