MANDATORY DATES

February 9, 2022

Online Access

Students receive access to the online learning platform and will begin working on their introductory assignments.

February 12-25, 2022

Introductory Independent Learning Online

Students will work independently to complete and submit assignments. Teachers will be available to answer questions through the online platform.

February 26, 2022

Orientation and First Class

Parents, students and teachers meet in the morning to review travel expectations and the itinerary. Teachers and students meet in the afternoon for their first class and to work on introductory assignments.

March 5, 2022

Pre-trip Online Class

Teachers and students will interact online as students participate in direct teaching, group activities, discussions and present assessments.

April 2, 2022

Post-Trip Online Class

Teachers are available to answer any questions during designated hours while students complete their summative assignments.

Each day is thoughtfully planned to provide an unforgettable adventure that will teach lessons about the course, individuals and the world around.

MORNING ROUTINE

Students enjoy breakfast at the hotel
while they meet with their teachers and peers to review the itinerary for the day.

MORNING ACTIVITY

Visit a Vancouver based business headquarters and learn about the organization’s mission and values. The visit will provide insight into the specific industry while asking questions and networking with employees.

LUNCH & FREE TIME

Students enjoy lunch and free time to explore an exciting Vancouver neighbourhood.

AFTERNOON ACTIVITY

Take in the breathtaking views of the Sea to Sky Gondola and learn about the impact of the Tourism industry in BC’s economy.

DINNER

Students enjoy dinner in Chinatown.
