Getting the opportunity to interact and network with industry professionals was once in a lifetime!

Enjoy the warm Florida sun as you learn about tourism in the number one tourist destination in North America. Enter Orlando’s world-renowned hospitality and tourism industry and go behind the scenes to network with professionals. Tour the largest hospitality management school in the world at the University of Central Florida.

Enjoy afternoons on the beach, a trip to Universal Studios, and a visit to the MLB Spring Training. If you have ever imagined a career in the travel industry, this course will connect you with some of the most accomplished people in the game. Have all the fun of a Florida tourist while also becoming an expert in tourism studies!

Orientation and First Class

Parents, students and teachers meet in the morning to review travel expectations and the itinerary. Teachers and students meet in the afternoon for their first class and to work on introductory assignments.

February 11 – 24

(approx 10 hours)

*in total to be completed at any convenient time of the student’s choice

Independent Learning Online

Students will work independently to complete and submit assignments. Teachers will be available to answer questions through the online platform.

Teachers and students will interact online as students participate in direct teaching, group activities, discussions and presentations.
