• Math in Manhattan

      New York City

Open to ALL Ontario High School Students!

Advance your knowledge, understanding, and appreciation of functions as we travel to the East Coast of the United States. Discover the many ways mathematics can be applied to the real world as you explore all that New York City has to offer. Put theory into practice at the American Museum of Natural History in Manhattan, or race to complete a math trail at the Bronx Zoo. Record and analyze data on Ellis Island, a gateway for millions of immigrants in search for the pursuit of happiness in the US, and the Statue of Liberty. Take the opportunity to experience, first-hand, how relevant the subject of mathematics is to the real world while you open your eyes to the realm of future career possibilities.
