      Open to ALL Ontario Grade 8 and High School Students!

      Grab a compass as you head North and learn how to navigate your way through nature. Acquire the skills you need to master the great outdoors as you learn essential camping skills and shelter building techniques in preparation for your camping trip.  Here you will focus on forest management, sustainability, and mapping as you explore the natural beauty of camping in Ontario.

      Journey over to the planetarium at Science North and feel like you’re flying among the stars and planets of our solar system. Take part in experiments about climate and learn about freshwater ecology.

      Visit Dynamic Earth in Sudbury where you will gain a better understanding of the mining process and pollution solutions. Venture to the heart of the Great Lakes of Canada and explore the unique scenic region of Manitoulin Island. Continue your exploration to the spectacular Bruce Peninsula where the vivid cliffs and rocky land are home to many reptiles and wildlife.

      End your adventure off in the heart of downtown Toronto and enjoy the many attractions this rich and diverse city has to offer!

    • Program Fees

      Program Cost: $1990.00 (Quad Occupancy: four students to a room; two students to a bed)

      Deluxe medical and cancellation insurance (mandatory) add $89.00

      Please note: It is EduTravel and school board policy that all students travelling on extended trips have both cancellation and medical insurance in place. A specialized student insurance protection plan will be automatically added to the cost of the program fee upon registration. Please know there is an option to opt out of the insurance policy by filling and returning in the “Insurance Opt-Out Form” along with proof of valid insurance coverage from another source. 

      Visa Students may be required to pay an additional fee. Please contact the EduTravel office.

    All Ontario Students - Round One

    Credit granted by EduTravel Private School

    EduTravel Private School has been granted the authority to issue credits as per the Ontario’s Ministry of Education.  All students will receive a report card upon completion of the course.  All credits issued by EduTravel Private School are transferable to any Ontario School Board or Private School.

    Travel Dates: Sunday, July 7 to Friday, July 19, 2019 (please note that this program starts at Geneva Park in Orillia; students must be brought there for 10:00 a.m. on the first day)
